I have to say my stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On one hand, the price was excellent value for money, and the rooms, though flooded the entire bathroom, were generous in size and very relaxing. On the other hand, the service was not up to par, with some staff being desinterested and ignorant, yet others were super friendly and even helped me with a first aid kit despite a language barrier. The location was good, very close to Venice City Center by a quick bus ride, but not the nicest surroundings. The dining experience had a good selection of food, albeit somewhat monotonous. Overall, a decent stay with some highs and lows.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful in assisting with bus tickets and directions, but didn't handle special requests well.
